...and I only wish Nikki were here, too! :(
For the moment it's pretty rudimentary.... recliner chair, five couch cushions for a bed, plus blanket, sleeping bag, sheets, pillows. Coffee maker (an essential for LV...) Microwave. A few clothes. Guitar. Laptop and table-desk setup. Groundbound computer (without monitor) for connecting up my broadband (cable is supposed to be coming tomorrow.)
On WiFi, there are four networks within range. Three of them are secured. The only unsecured one is signal strength one, and it looks like it won't let me make the connection. So it looks like I have to do without EI or LJ tonight.
But I got Semagic!! So I can still make the entry and post it later!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
*ahem* I know of a couple of free WiFi spots in town (heck, my office is one if I pull up outside it! ;) ) So there's not a whole lot left to do, except listen to MP3s through my MP3 player, watch DVD movies and Firefly... and call Nikki on the cell phone. ;)
Life, even without internet, is good. For one night, as long as my cell phone holds out. :D
